Ana’s Gluten-free Bakery was established in Valrico, Florida and operated from 2013 to 2014. Ana is still baking her goods, but the business officially ended in 2015.
Ana not only had celiac disease herself but also had a child that could not tolerate gluten. It appeared relatively easy to find gluten-free products in the grocery store, but when it came to birthday cakes and other baked goods, it was difficult to locate any. So, she decided to bake gluten-free pies, cakes, etc. This caused enough demand, especially from parents of gluten-intolerant children, that she decided to make her baking into a business.
One of her most exciting moments was being a part of the Food Allergy & Celiac Convention that was hosted at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
Ana’s Gluten-free Bakery was a wonderful, family-run business that gave a lot of joy to children who otherwise could not enjoy some yummy baked goods.
Adbiz designed their website, brochure/menu, business cards and envelopes, a price sheet rack card and store signage. We also created two eye-catching banner stands and a full-page ad for the Disney Convention Program.
