Case Study

advertising Science

Around the year 2000, our client, Advertising Science, was formed to do strategic marketing for the scientific, medical, biotech and high-tech communities. This included start-up companies.

Their services included: marketing strategy development, business plans, technical and general copywriting, media planning, PR and investor relations, creative advertising, technology reviews and website and multimedia design.

They were located in California, USA, but could work with any scientific company throughout the world.

This company and its concept were quite interesting, since the owner was a scientist himself. Advertising Science was going to utilize Adbiz as the “behind-the-scenes” army of designers, copywriters and marketing strategists. Our team had both the scientific and marketing knowledge to serve his clients … albeit through his company. This was not the first time that Adbiz was “invisible” and worked for and with another advertising agency.

Advertising Science, a client of Adbiz, commissioned us to create a board game called DayTrader!

It was a game specifically designed around the stock market. What an experience to actually design the board itself along with a spinner device that determined the gamer’s movement around the board.
